The minimum order value on our online store is £250. All orders under £250 will be automatically cancelled.
The delivery charge is applied to the deliveries in UK Mainland only (excluding Highlands).
Currently, it is not possible to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
Delivery charges are based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the con-signment.
Delivery charge is automatically updated upon checkout prior to order confirmation once correct UK post code is entered.
Normal delivery times are 8 am - 6 pm on weekends. However occasionally we may offer delivery on working days. In general we do not deliver on bank holidays. You will be notified of a delivery date either by email or telephone. In case of delay caused by Customs, all our customers will be informed.

If the ordered furniture is in stock we aim to deliver it as quickly as possible. Normally delivery takes place within 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt of payment. Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period.

- Delivery time of furniture BLACK RED WHITE and BRW Junona Line Kitchen varies from 2-3 weeks.
- The production time of BLACK RED WHITE SOFAS usually takes up to 7-8 weeks + time for delivery.
- Delivery time of furniture BRW Family Line Kitchens varies from 5-6 weeks.
- Delivery time of furniture BRW Senso Kitchens varies from 7-9 weeks.
- The delivery of furniture MEBIN could be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
When you place the order you will receive an automatic e-mail from us confirming the order. If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, when an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
On the Day of the Delivery
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier and the Customer, but the customer isn’t present to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. Once your plans has changed, please, contact us in order to avoid such situations! This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery.
Goods are delivered to the building door only and there will be no taking goods upstairs or downstairs.

Damage in transit:
In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged during delivery we will be happy to supply replacement components providing you are able to notify us 5 workings days from the date of receipt of furniture.
We will ask you to provide us with a photograph of damage and a part number of the required replacement part. Part numbers can be found on assembly instructions provided with the furniture. Please email photographic evidence and part number as well as your order number to email@example.com.
